The 5 minute game changer

Last week one of my heroes rolled into town.
Marianne Williamson.
I believe she is one of the great spiritual teachers of our time
and her teachings make so much sense.

Common and yet so uncommon at the same time.

She sees love as the “only real thing there is” and
absolute key if you are want things like:

healing in your heart
a miracle in your life
a shift in thinking or
peace on the planet.

So how to you tap into the infinite field of love?
With meditation.

You wouldn’t think of skipping your teeth brushing
so why skip a energy cleanse?

In the morning we are most open
but if you check your email, the news or jump into anything stressful,
you fill your body and mind with fear, anxiety and low vibration.

But if you stop and pause first.
Ground yourself in a spiritual practice
sit in silence or
journal or
read something uplifting or
head into nature or
or simply breathe
can completely change your day.

Your mood.
Your clarity.
Your reactivity.
Your energy.
Pretty much everything.

If you try this for even 5 minutes
it will become a game-changer
for how you show up in the world.

I am starting my day
creating a little sacred space first.
Lighting a candle
and reading from Marianne’s book “A Year of Miracles: Daily Devotions and Reflections”.

That’s my new ritual.

It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you do something.

Imagine if everyone starting their day by tapping into the divine,
to love or the highest, most intuitive part of ourselves?
