Action is everthing.
Last week was big in my world as I kicked off January
with my first live and virtual events of the year.
Were you there?
At these events my friend Linda Edgecombe and I
shared the 7.5 essentials to a Really Good Life.
Of course they are just our essentials
but our vision was that they illuminate a new way to approach
how you can create a really good life
and come up with a plan that work for you.
If you missed the event, here are the 7.5 essentials we shared.
Movement.
Sleep
Connection
Clarity
Peace
Joy
Curiosity
and the .5…support.
The truth is most of all know what to do.
About everything.
What it takes to make more money.
Or lose weight.
Or get organized.
Or be more rested.
Or just be happy.
We know the “what’s”.
We can pretty much google anything and get free tips on everything.
But if you are like me, you struggle with the “how”.
How do you find time to move your body?
How do you get the sleep you need?
How do you create connection when you feel hurt and wounded or alone?
How do create clarity when you inner and outer world is cluttered?
How do you forgive someone you are really mad at and have peace?
How do you cultivate everyday joy?
How do you become more curious and less anxious?
How do you get the support you need to follow through on the promises you make to yourself?
If this is your year to truly shift,
then I invite you to come and dive a little deeper.
Linda and I have created a safe, fun and super juicy way to chart your course.
In fact, we do not want you to just create your plan to get a Really Good Life,
we want you to take ACTION on it.
Imagine a place to learn the tools AND start doing those how’s.

There is a also a BIG bonus we shared at both our live and virtual events.
We are happy to offer this as long as we have spots left.
(As if this writing we have 7 left).
If you feel you are on the right track this year - bravo!
If not, I hope you considering joining me for this group coaching experience.
The most important thing is to be in ACTION.
To forward movement,
Beth
