I love being Canadian and while our history is not perfect and we are not without our problems I love it here. I love exploring it. I love celebrating it. And when I travel, I love coming home to it.

Not everyone lives in a place they love but I am grateful that I do.

It has been a pretty wet June where I live but I am excited about the summer and I always set seasonal goals - meaning goals that feel aligned with the energy of the season. To me summer is warm, fun and a bit lazy so my goals tend to be more relaxed. No big arduous projects and more centered around fun, family and feeling good.

By fall, I am much more inspired to GSD (get stuff done!) but for now I am planning lots of camping. tide watching and beach combing. How about you? Love to hear what you are up to this summer (or winter for my friends across the pond in ‘straya.
