A little Christmas message…

My wish for you…

I hope wherever you are when you read this,
you are celebrating with holidays with
people you love and delighting
in the simple pleasures of the season.
May gratitude and joy fill your heart!

- Beth

A random act of kindness tradition…

Because it was such a hit last year,
it called for a repeat performance.

Inside my clients Christmas gifts this year
I tucked in two coffee cards.
One for them.
One to give away
within 48 hours.

It is so fun!
The best part is all the stories
that come back to me
about who they gave it to
and why they chose that person.

This Christmas I invite you to
“go packing” with your own set
of gift cards and see who’s
day you can make this holiday season.

Happy Ho Ho!
Beth

How I get ready for 2010…

Today is winter solstice.

And the perfect way to mark the new season
is to create some goals for 2010.

There are lots of ways to do this.
The important thing is not to get stuck on
“what is right way to set goals”
but instead
experiment with the right way for you.

Here is one way that works for me
you might want to try.

Step 1: Celebrate the old

Before your create your goals for 2010
pause to celebrate the year you have had.
Make a top ten list of everything
you accomplished this year
(as opposed to what you didn’t do)

Step 2: Pick your word

This is critical. Choose ONE word
that you want to define 2010 for you.
This will be your theme that every
action you take will line up North-Star-like
with your word. Pick a good one.

Step 3: Get a tribe.

Most people go through life essentially alone.
Sure we hang out and work with people
but we miss truly forming the kind of bonds
with the kind of people who can support,
transform and lift us higher. Find a mastermind
and a mentor who can get you from where you are
to where you want to be.

Do these three things
and you simply cannot go wrong.

Make this year be your best yet!

3 simple ways to beat holiday stress

It feels like the last week of the year.

I know that technically there are more days left in 2009
but in reality, most of the world
seem to be heading into ho-ho shut down this week.

Good for closure.
Not so good for those looooooong to do lists.

Like thinking up creative gifts
Buying of presents.

Or making of presents.
Wrapping of presents.
Shipping presents.
Cleaning the house for guests.
Getting groceries.
Picking up stuff
Dropping off stuff.
Organizing dates.
Making new lists…
Well you get the idea.

Things can get a little out of hand this time of year
with all the extra things to do.

So here are 3 things that work for me to “keep your spirits bright”

  1. Hot beverages. There is something wonderful and soothing about a hot drink. For one thing you cannot gulp so it forces you to slow down. Plus there is delicious choices this time of year – like the eggnog latte that completely transformed my trip to Walmart on Saturday…
  2. Music. Okay, there are some really bad Christmas songs or remixes out there however there are also some amazing ones. I have loaded up my Ipod with all of my Christmas fav’s so I can choose my music to match my mood I want to create. Like Sarah McLachlan…
  3. Pausing often. A little yoga move goes a long way here. A simple breath can make all the difference between frenzied feeling and zen-feeling. Watch some snow fall. Breathe in the crisp air. Smile at someone in traffic. This season is all about the moments that WE make – one little breath at a time.

What will you celebrate from 2009?

You have been hearing lots about women from me lately.

The bliss system for women.
The inspired coaching program for women.
How much I am called to help women who have had enough of being in the same spot.

Well, I also have the privilege of supporting some amazing men.

One of ‘my’ men is doing some serious celebrating this month.
And because I think celebrating is one of the best ways
to close the year you’ve had
he gave me permission to share his success story.

His name is Richard Zokol – a two-time winner on the PGA tour
who has been busy crafting an incredible golf course here in BC
(my husband got to golf it on Father’s day!)
Well this golf course has just been recognized
as one of the BEST in 2009 by Golf Digest!

Magnifique!

It just goes to show what vision, faith and a great team can do.

Now all of us might not have an achievement that gets international recognition
but we ALL have things celebration worthy.

Here is my coaches invitation…
Take a moment and reflect on all that YOU achieved this year.
Make a your own top 10 list of things you want to celebrate.

Because celebration leads to gratitude
and gratitude leads to attraction
and attraction leads to more celebrations.

It’s a ‘vicious’ cycle. ;-)

To celebrating everything

I was moved today…

Today I held the bliss call.

Wow.

As each goddess after another chimed into our virtual room
I was moved, excited and inspired.

It gave me great joy to reveal the BLISS system that has transformed
virtually every aspect of my life
and show how easy it is for ANY goddess to use it.

Perhaps the best part of the call was hearing the ‘words’ for 2010.

If you missed it, you can still get in on the fun.
Simple put your name in the form to the right and
voila!

You too, can have your very own bliss system too.

To extreme happiness,
Beth

Today I reveal my BLISS system!

You how how there are times in your life when things are going your way
and then there are times when you are on your knees?

Those are the times for when you need a system.

When it is good (to keep the momentum)
When it is not good (to get back on track).

Join me to hear my bliss system
and why it works no matter what
is going on outside of you.

Just sign up to the right —->
and join me TODAY for ‘lunch’!

To simple systems,
Beth
